It follows the stories of pregnant girls in secondary schools about the difficulties of teen pregnancy. Each episode features a different girl teen, usually from the episode when he was 4 1/2-8 months of pregnancy. The episode usually ends when the baby is few months old. The series is produced in a documentary format, with an animation of a cartoon that shows details of notebook paper for each episode highlights previous commercial breaks.
Maci Bookout is a teenager in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Her fiancé, Ryan Edwards, while she pursues her romantic youth. Maci gives birth to a son, Bentley Cadence Edwards in October 2008. She participates in an accelerated high school so she could graduate early.
